Petite Cay is one of the best small islands in The Bahamas, with all the best attributes:: amazing beaches, good elevation, a great location close to a growing international destination, and relatively deep-water access. Located on the ocean side of Great Harbor Cay about 1/2 a mile from its famous powdery white sand beach, Petite Cay has a long winding beach that covers about 50 percent of the island. The vegetation varies from Grassland to Island coppice depending on the location. The highest elevations are on the southern side of the island, and this location would be great for a home and dock, with views down the main beach. The owners have created plans for two striking residences that blend seamlessly into the island's landscape, with a flowing roofline and stone and wood finishes that create a seamless flow between indoors and out.
